We have had problems with a virus that hit our mailing lists and
consequently some have become corrupted. It also appears
that the distribution is erratic at best and we have put in place
new e-mail software and distribution server to  hopefully solve
this. This needs you to SUBSCRIBE to the
e-mail list so that spam filters at Yahoo don't block our outgoing
e-mails after eight addresses. Please take a moment to
subscribe using the form on the right

PHOTO COMPETITION 2010
The 2010 JSAS Jakarta Schools Photography Competition has just
been launched with invitations going to over 150 Jakarta schools
.
This Year sees the introduction of 2 new Special Categories. The first is
" Jakarta  2 Foot 6"  and is intended  to capture Jakarta from a child's
perspective i.e. 2 foot 6!

The second category is an "
Adults" category open to teachers, school
staff and parents of children attending school. Given the quality of last
year's entries the adults will have their creative work cut out to maintain
such a high standard.  Good luck to them!
